KAASAEGNE HALL RUUM LOOB TAUSTA KLASSIKALE

Kumu ja Kadrioru kunstimuuseumites toimunud rahvusvaheline näitus „Avastamata šedöövrid. Vene kunst Baltimaade kogudest” oli esmakordne ulatuslik Eesti, Läti ja Leedu muuseumites leiduvate 19. sajandi teise poole ja 20. sajandi alguse vene kunstnike teoste ühine väljapanek. Kolme Balti riigi seitsmest muuseumist kokkutoodud maalid, skulptuurid ja tarbekunstiteosed andsid ülevaate vene kunsti kuldajast ja tuntumate meistrite loomingust.

Diagonaalsete vaheseinte lisamisega tekkis maalidele intiimsem sopiline ruum. Hall toon lõi väärika kuid rahuliku fooni, mis ajastule kohaselt kuldsetes raamides teosed esile tõi.
